9am - 12pm & 3pm - 9pm Tuesday & Thursday

9am - 7.00pm   -  Friday 

9am - 12pm  -  Saturday and Sunday

 

Our state of the art gym includes the following equipment:

 

CARDIO  - Over 40 pieces including treadmills, Upright bikes , Cross trainers, Rowers and Recumbent bikes.

 

STRENGTH - Plate  and Pin loaded machines, Dumbbell and Barbell racks, Benches, Power  &  Squat racks and Smith machines.

 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EQUIPMENT - Kettle Bells, Wall Balls and more.
